1. General Information
CFO Fuel provides strategic financial advisory services, including fractional CFO support, financial reporting guidance, operational financial analysis, and related consulting services. CFO Fuel does not provide legal advice and does not provide public accounting services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Use of this website and engagement of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Advisory Services Only
All services provided by CFO Fuel are advisory in nature. CFO Fuel offers strategic recommendations based on information provided by the client. Final business decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client.
CFO Fuel does not guarantee financial performance, profitability, capital access, bonding approval, tax outcomes, or business results.

3. No CPA or Legal Representation
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, CFO Fuel is not acting as:
• A Certified Public Accountant
• A Public Accounting Firm
• A Law Firm
• An Investment Advisor
Clients are responsible for engaging licensed professionals for tax filings, audits, legal matters, or regulated financial services.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Maintain responsibility for internal accounting records
• Make all final operational and financial decisions
• Review and approve all reports and recommendations
CFO Fuel is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFO Fuel shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Capital denial or bonding decisions
• Third-party reliance on advisory recommendations
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to CFO Fuel for services rendered in the preceding 90 days.

6. No Guarantee of Financing or Bonding
CFO Fuel may assist clients in preparing financial reporting to support capital access or bonding. However, all lending, bonding, and underwriting decisions are made by third parties. CFO Fuel does not guarantee approval or funding.

7. Confidentiality
CFO Fuel will treat client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary financial information except:
• With client authorization
• As required by law
• To perform services under agreement
Clients are responsible for maintaining internal data security controls.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, financial frameworks, reports, and methodologies provided by CFO Fuel remain the intellectual property of CFO Fuel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

9. Website Use
All content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of website materials is prohibited.

10. Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, and engagement scope are governed by separate written agreements. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.

11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFO Fuel from claims arising out of:
• Client misuse of advisory recommendations
• Inaccurate financial disclosures
• Third-party reliance on client financial reporting

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Modifications
CFO Fuel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

14. Project-Based Financial Advisory Disclaimer
CFO Fuel provides financial strategy support in project-based environments. Clients remain responsible for job costing accuracy, contract administration, and compliance with contractual obligations.
